摘要
利用荧光显微镜技术对紧露草雄蕊毛细胞的核穿壁现象进行了观察.通过活体染色、个体固定、整体固定三个对比实验,论证了细胞核穿壁转移运动是植物体固有的,而并非机械刺激或固定液的作用.并对雄蕊毛细胞核穿壁运动与生长的关系进行了探讨.
The technique of fluorescent ndcmp is used to observe the occurence of nuclearextrusion in Tradescantia stamen hairs. Three experiments by living stained, partial fixingand whole fixing show that transport of the nuclear extrusion is inherent and normal physiological phenomnon rather than the mechanical injury. Studies on the relationship betweenthe nuclear extrusion and growth of the stamen hairs.
