摘要
本实验观察益母草治疗心肌缺血再灌注损伤过程中氧自由基的变化。结果显示,益母草能明显抑制血中和心肌组织中的丙二醛(MDA)的产生,保护超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-PX)的活性(与对照组相比P<0.05~0.01)。表明益母草治疗心肌缺血再灌注损伤的机制可能与益母草减轻氧自由基对心肌的损害有关。
The changes of oxygen free radicals in Leonurus Heterophyllus during myocardial ischemia reperfusion injury in rabbits were observed. The results showed that Leonurus Heterophyllus could inhibit the generation of malondialdehyde (MDA), and protect the activities of superoxide dismutase (SOD) and glutathione peroxidase (GSH-PX) both in blood and myocardial tissue in evidence (P<0.05~0. 01) as compared with ischemia-reperfusion control group. So it is suggested that Leonurus Heterophyllus has obvious curative effect on myocardial ischemia reperfusion injury. Its mechanism may be relative to allaying myocardial injury induced by oxygen free radicals.
