高压电非热损伤后血清ICAM-1和VCAM-1的变化

摘要 目的研究兔后肢高压电非热损伤后,血清ICAM-1和VCAM-1水平的变化与局部组织变性坏死的关系,为正确评估损伤程度提供客观的依据。方法制作兔后肢高压电非热性组织损伤模型,分为轻、中、重度。伤后1d、3d、1周、2周、3周、4周和5周抽血采样,应用ELISA法对血清ICAM-1和VCAM-1水平进行检测,健康兔血清作为对照,比较研究每一时相点的数值。结果ICAM-1和VCAM-1水平伤后明显升高,并且与损伤的严重程度呈正相关。结论高压电非热性损伤后可导致血清ICAM-1和VCAM-1水平明显变化,并与高压电非热损伤的严重程度呈正相关。 Objective To investigate the relation of serum ICAM - 1, VCAM - 1 change and local tissue degeneration after non - thermic high voltage electrical wound, and to provide an objective means for damage degree evaluation. Methods Rabbit behind limbs were damaged by different degree non - thermic high voltage electricity. Haemospasia was preceded after 1 d, 3 d, 1 w, 2 w, 3 w, 5 w respectively. ELISA method was used to detect serum ICAM - 1 and VCAM - 1 degree. The healthy rebbits were used as comparisons and the value was compared at each time phase. Results ICAM - 1 and VCAM - 1 degree rose obviously after wound, and were proportional with tissue damage degree. Conclusion Non -thermic high voltage electrical wound will result in ICAM - 1 and VCAM - 1 degree change obviously, and were proportional with tissue damage degree.
