摘要
全国卫生工作会议明确提出要加快发展全科医学，培养全科医师。全科医学教育 我国尚处于探索阶段。我校十多年来医学专科教育进行社区定向医学教育改革，实行面向社区，定向招生、定向培养，定向分配的模式，为进一步实行全科医学教育改革打下了坚实基础。以预防为先导，以社区定向为基础的全科医学教育模式在我国现阶段对于实现全国卫生工作会议”加快全科医学教育，培养全科医师”这一具有现实重要的意义。
It has been put forward in the National Health Meeting that we should accelerate the development of general practice and foster general practitioners. The model of general practice education is still being probed in China. In our university, we have carried on community-oriented medical education re formation in 3-year medical education for more than ten years. We have carried on oriented enrolling, oriented training and oriented allocating for community. It has laid solid foundation for carring on general practice education re formation continuously. In China, the general practice education model which oriented by prevention and oriented for community has importantly actual meaning for realizing the goal 'accelerating general practice education and training general practitioners', which had been put forward in the National Health Meeting.
