摘要
以低温乙醇法分离血浆蛋白过程中的 FIV组份为原料 ,经 DEAE和 CM两步离子交换层析法 ,可制备出高纯度的人血白蛋白 ,该制品不含多聚体。
A technique of purified human albumin from the FIV of cold ethanol method was studied.The precipitate of FIV was dissolved and filtrated, then purified by DEAE Sephadex FF and CM Sephadex FF Chromatography. The final product was in ratter high purity. lt contained no polymers. the dimers and monomers content was 100%.
