二醋酸纤维吸附-超临界流体脱附法研究代替乙炔用金属切割气组成

A Study of the Composition of Cutting Gas as Acetylene Substitute by Cellulose Diacetate Fiber Adsorption and Supercritical Fluid Extration

摘要 提出了以二醋酸纤维为吸附剂吸附石油气基质金属切割气中的添加剂,用超临界流体抽提吸附质,用气相色谱及气相色谱-质谱联用分析的方法,研究了石油基质金属切割气的 组成,模拟配制金属切割气样品经实际验证切割性能优于乙炔气。 An analytical method, in which cellulose diacetate fiber was used to adsorb the additives in the petroleum-based cutting gas, the adsorbate was extracted by supercritical fluid CO2 and the extracted solution was analyzed by gas-chromatography and gas chro- matography/mass spectrometry, has been developed. The components of the additives have been determined. The testing results showed that the cutting property of this cutting gas for the simulated sample is the same as that of the well known American product 'flamex' gas and is better than acetylene.
