摘要
徐特立在留法勤工俭学期间,除了努力学习科学知识外,大部分时间用于考察法国中小学教育情况,后来又花半年在比利时、四个月时间在德国考察教育。这一时期是他教育思想发展的重要时期,从提倡“平民教育”到提出“国民教育”和“教育自治”,这对他以后教育思想的最终形成以及从事教育实践都有很大的影响。
When XU Te-li stayed in France, he spent most of the time in inspecting primary and secondary education in France in addilion to the study of science and knowledge, then spent six months in Belgium which included a four-month study of education in Germany. It is a key period for him to have developed educational thought, from advocating "civilian education" to the "national education" and then to "educational autonomy", which had greatly influenced his education practice and the final formation of education thought.
