摘要
目的：探讨鼻内镜加鼻外进路手术治疗慢性额窦炎的效果及护理方法。方法：将123例慢性额窦炎患者随机分为3组，传统根治术组41例，行传统根治手术治疗；功能性鼻内镜手术组45例，行功能性鼻内镜手术（FESS）治疗；鼻内镜加鼻外进路手术组37例，行常规鼻内镜手术切除筛房病变，经面部弧形小切口根治额窦内病变，同时上下联合扩大鼻额管，并给予精心围术期护理。结果：鼻内镜加鼻外进路手术组术后疗效与其他两组比较均有显著性差异（P〈0．01），该组患者术后10d内均痊愈出院，未出现严重并发症，随访6个月-4年无1例复发。结论：鼻内镜加鼻外进路手术治疗慢性额窦炎，损伤小，可缩短术后治疗时间，加之精心的围术期护理，可减少并发症的发生，促进患者康复。
Objective ： To explore the effect of endoscopy operation combined with surgery outside nose in the treatment of chronic frontal sinusitis and nursing methods. Methods ： One hundred and twenty three patients with chronic frontal sinusitis were randomly divided into conventional treatment group （ n = 41 ） , functional endoscopy operation group （ n = 45 ） and the group treated with endoscopy operation combined with surgery outside nose （ n = 37 ）. Conventional radical operation , FESS and combined operation were performed respectively in the 3 groups and the patients were given targeted nursing care. Results ： The significant differences were found in the comparison of curative effect among the three groups （ P 〈0.01 ）. The patients of the group given endoscopy operation combined with surgery outside nose were cured and discharged from hospital within 10 days and there were no recurrent cases according to the follow - up from 6 months to 4 years. Conclusion： The wound is little and the treatment days can be shortened when endoscopy operation combined with surgery outside nose is applied to the treatment of chronic frontal sinusitis, moreover careful perioperative nursing care can reduce complication and accelerate patient＇s rehabilitation.
