摘要
实验采用单体5-氨基邻苯二甲酸(AIA)与苯胺(aniline)单体通过氧化聚合法共聚合成新型的aniline/AIA共聚物及其与碳纳米管(CNT)组成的复合材料。红外光谱和拉曼尔光谱研究表明,共聚物具有与聚苯胺类似的化学结构,但AIA的加入可以提高共聚物中醌环的相对含量,有助于提高导电性。碳纳米管也能促进醌环的形成,可与AIA协同提高材料导电性。
A new kind of aniline/5- aminoisophthalic acid (AIA) copolymer has been successfully synthesized via oxidation polymerization, as well as its composites containing carbon nanotubes. AIA can benefit the formation of quinoid rings in the aniline polymerization and promote the conductivity of the eopolymer. IR and Raman spectra reveal AIA/aniline eopolymers have both benzonoid and quinoid rings, as well as their doped structures. Good conductivity of the eopolymer could be achieved at high AIA content. Carbon nanotubes can also promote the formation of quinoid rings in the eopolymer, enhance eonduetivity. The eopolymerization of AIA with aniline and the introduction of carbon nanotubes show a synergistic enhancement of conductivity.
