摘要
本文给出了一种基于小波变换的低码率语音编码算法,它具有码率低(小于3kbit/s)、适用范围广、音质好、无人工噪声等优点,不仅对语音信号而且对音乐信号也有效,有助于实现低码率宽带声音编码,对信息的高效传输和存储有重要意义。
In this paper,a low bit rate speech coding algorithm based on wavelet transform is given It has the features of low bit rate (less than 3kbps)、wide applicability、high quality and no artificial noises ,and is effective not only to speech signals but also to music signals It will help to implement low bit rate wideband audio coding,and is significant to the high efficient transmission and store of information.
