岩锚新的锚固方式及锚固体系的研究 被引量:11

摘要 施加在锚索上的荷载可由锚固段的顶端向下(拉力型)或由下向上(压力型)传递,这取决于锚索在锚固段内的锚固方式。通过试验,比较了传统的拉力型及压力型两种锚固方式,并提出一种新的介于二者之间的锚固方式,称为复合型。其目的是使锚固段上的应力分布趋于均匀,避免或减少灌浆体的拉伸裂缝,从而增加锚固效果及防腐系统的可靠性。同时,对岩锚锚固体系提出设计建议,以提高预应力锚索的锚固性能并尽可能方便施工,降低成本。 The load exerted on the anchoring cable could be transmitted from the top of anchorage section to the lower (tension type)of from the lower to the top (pressure type),which depends on the anchoring type of the cable in the anchorage section.Through tests and comparing the traditional tension anchorage and pressure anchorage,this paper puts forward a new anchoring type,called as composite type,which is between the above two traditional anchoring types.The objectives of new anchoring type are to gain the stress uniform distribution in the anchorage section and to avoid or reduce the tensile cracks in the grouting body which could increase anchoring effects and the reliability of anti corrosive system.Meanwhile,this paper also puts forward some suggestions for the design of the rock bolt system in order to increase anchoring performances of prestressed anchoring cable,to make construction as easy as possible and to reduce the cost.
