摘要
对大学生进行综合素质测评是学生获得客观评价的重要方式之一。综合素质测评体系应实现评价、反馈、激励和导向等功能。但是就目前多数高校学生管理实践来看,综合素质测评的效果并不理想,构建科学、高效的综合素质测评体系是高校学生管理工作的新难点,对和谐校园的建设具有重大的意义。
College students＇ comprehensive quality assessment is one o fthe important means for students to obtain objective evaluation. The system should realize the functions of appraisal, feedback, encouragement and guide. But as far as the practical work in the university at present,it has not achieved its purpose. Therefore it becomes a new difficult aspect in university students＇ management which is significant to the construction of harmonious campus.
