摘要
西方发达国家的先进经验表明,企业文化建设是市场经济和企业自身发展的基石,也是企业增强国际竞争力的有力保障。当前我国民营企业思想政治教育的重要主题和任务之一就是促进企业文化建设。实践证明,思想文化教育可以从营造企业文化氛围、构筑企业发展的共同愿望、锤炼企业精神等方面帮助民营企业形成各具特色的企业文化。
