摘要
目的观察复方莪术油栓局部用药联合阿奇霉素治疗由沙眼衣原体(CT)和解脲支原体(UU)感染引起的非淋菌性尿道(宫颈)炎的疗效。方法将门诊确诊为非淋菌性尿道(宫颈)炎68例患者,局部用复方莪术油栓联合口服阿奇霉素疗程7天,停药1周后,随诊观察疗效。结果沙眼衣原体有效率100%,解脲支原体有效率80%,混合感染有效率88%。结论复方莪术油栓联合阿奇霉素冶疗非淋菌性尿道(宫颈)炎效果好。
Objective To observe the effect of compound zedoary turmeric oil suppository local medication combined with azithromycin treating Chlamydia trachomatis （CT） and Ureaplasma urealyticum （UU） infection caused non - gonococcal urethritis （cervicitis）. Method The out - patient diagnosed as non - gonococcal cervicitis 68 cases treated with these medication for seven days, stop one week later, follow - up observation of efficacy. Result Chlamydia trachomatis efficient 100% , Ureaplasma urealyticum efficiency 80% , mixed infection efficiency 88%. Conclusion compound zedoary turmeric oil suppository local medication combined with azithromycin treatment has good effect on non - gonococcal cervicitis .
