摘要
目的探讨胃肠道间质瘤(GISTs)的MSCT表现及诊断价值.。方法回顾性分析22例经病理证实的胃肠道间质瘤(GISTs)的CT表现。结果本组22例胃肠道间质瘤(GISTs),发生于胃部13例(59.09%),空肠5例(22.73%),直肠1例(4.54%),肠系膜3例(13.64%)。其中良性间质瘤4例(18.18%),交界性间质瘤3例(13.64),恶性15例(68.18%)。恶性间质瘤(包括交界性间质瘤)中有坏死或溃疡者12例,肝转移者6例,累及胰腺者3例,侵及周围腹膜2例,淋巴结转移者1例。结论MSCT能为胃肠道间质瘤(GISTs)提供定位、定性诊断。
Objective To investigate the CT features of gastrointerstinal stromal （GISTs） and to evaluate value of MSCT in the diagnosis of GISTs. Methods CT findings of 22 cases with pathologically proved GISTs were retrospectively analyzed. Results The locations of primary tumor were stomach （n=13）, jejunum （n=5）,rectum （n=1）,mesenterium （n= 3）, including benign lesions （n=4）, borderline tumors （n=3）, and malignant tumors （n=15）. Necrosis was found in 12 malignant GISTs and hepatic metastasis in 6 cases. Pancreas was involved in 3 cases and peripheral peritoneum was involved in 2 cases. Metastatic lymph node was found in 1 case. Conclusion MSCT provides important information for the localization and the diagnosis of GISTs.
