多巴酚丁胺负荷心肌造影在冠心病诊断中应用现状

摘要 多巴酚丁胺负荷心肌造影诊断冠心病,尤其对冠状动脉多支病变的诊断,具有中度敏感性、高度特异性及精确性。同时这是一项安全性高的检查,其严重不良反应发生少。但在实际应用中亦存在一定局限性。
