摘要
提出了一种采用激光焊接皱纹铜管外导体的同轴电缆的制造工艺。该制造工艺改变原有使用氩弧焊的常规铜管焊接工艺,使微小型皱纹铜管外导体的焊接从理论探索演变为实际操作。激光焊接法生产的微小型皱纹铜管外导体同轴电缆,在电性能和机械性能方面都取得了令人满意的效果。
A manufacturing method that uses laser welding process to produce corrugated copper-tube outer conductor of coaxial cable is proposed. This process replaces original conventional argon arc welding technology, realizing the practical implementation of the welding of miniature corrugated copper-tube outer conductor from theoretical exploration. The miniature coaxial cable with corrugated copper-tube outer conductor that is manufactured using laser welding process offers satisfied results in both electrical and mechanical performance.
