摘要
为提高心脏离体保存效果,作者研制了SDMC1号(山东医科大学心脏1号)心脏保存液。实验采用狗心异体异位移植。供心先经6分钟常温缺血后,实验组(n=6)用SDMC1液,对照组(n=6)用Colins液分别进行心脏灌洗并离体低温保存(4℃)6小时。观察指标:(1)供心再供血至恢复稳定节律时间;(2)电除颤次数;(3)血清肌酸激酶同功酶(CKMB)和丙二醛(MDA);(4)供心左心室功能和心肌超微结构。结果显示:SDMC1液灌洗并单纯低温离体保存的狗心移植后,心电活动和左心室功能恢复快,较Colins液有更好的心肌保护效果。
Aim:How to prolong the safe preservation time of the donor heart for heart transplantation remains an important problem.For this reason,a new heart preservation solution,SDMC 1 Solution (Shandong Medical University Cardiosol 1)was prepared according to our own receipe.This study was designed to compare the protective and preservation effect of SDMC 1 solution with that of Collins' solution on canine hearts.Method:In 12 dogs,the hearts were subjected to 6 minute warm ischemia and anoxemia in situ and were then perfused with cold SDMC 1 solution(n=6)and Collins' solution (n=6) respectively for myocardial protection and the hearts were immediately removed and separately preserved in the aforementioned solutions at 4℃ for 6 hours.Heterotopic allotransplantations were promptly performed with all the canine hearts preserved.Results:Significant differences were observed between two groups of transplanted canine hearts:(1)The mean time intervals between reperfusion to a stable rhythm was shorter in SDMC 1 group than Collins' group;(2)Rate of intraoperative defibrillation was higher in Collins' group;(3)The mean values of the postoperatively released creatine kinase MB (CK MB) and malondialdehyde (MDA) were greater in Collins' group;(4)More water was present in the myocardium in Collins' group;(5)Better recovery of left ventricular function and milder reperfusion injury in SDMC 1 group.Conclusion:SDMC 1 solution is better than Collins' solution in myocardial protection and heart preservation in dogs.
