摘要
目的探讨先天性白内障摘出术后的视功能状态以及解决术后低视力的弱视训练方法。方法4月～10岁先天性白内障患儿95例140眼白内障摘出术后,及时治疗术后并发症、矫正屈光不正、并采用综合疗法治疗弱视,观察其治疗疗效并寻找相关的影响因素。结果手术年龄越小视力预后越好,双眼白内障治疗效果优于单眼白内障,依从性的好坏直接影响治愈率。结论先天性白内障术后,及时治疗并发症、重视屈光矫正、综合治疗并坚持弱视训练可获得良好的视功能。
Objective To study the effectiveness of amblyopic treatment in congenital cataract after the operation,and look for the best method to solve the low vision after the operation. Methods Total 95 cases （140 eyes） of amblyope between the age of 4 months-10 years old were extracted cataract, paid great attention to correction of refraction errors, combined treatment and insist on treating amblyopia. Observe the changes in visual acuity and visual function. Results Visual acuity improved better in those children who got the operation ealier. Having congenital cataract in both eyes got the better results. And good compliance has a positive effect on the curative rates of amblyopic treatment. Conclusion After the surgery of extracting cataract, the children would get a well vision if treating the complication in time , pay great attention to correction of refraction errors, and insist treating amblyopial.
