血清胰岛素样生长因子1与S-100B蛋白检测在新生儿窒息和缺氧缺血性脑病患者中的研究 被引量：3

摘要 目的探讨血清胰岛素样生长因子1(IGF-1)、血清S-100B蛋白检测在新生儿窒息和缺氧缺血性脑病(HIE)患者中的临床意义。方法将40例窒息患儿、37例缺氧缺血患儿(HIE)和正常对照组30例采用放射免疫法、酶联免疫法分别检测IGF-1,S-100B蛋白。结果1IGF-1水平在窒息组、HIE组较对照组均明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);2S-100B蛋白水平在窒息组、HIE组较对照组均明显增高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论IGF-1浓度水平与窒息患儿和HIE患者呈负相关,S-100B蛋白水平与窒息患儿和HIE患者呈正相关,两者的检测在对窒息患儿、HIE患儿的综合诊疗中起重要作用。
