摘要
报告了用自行研制的Ｍａｃｒｏ精子计数板与Ｍａｋｌｅｒ精子计数板和血细胞计数板分析３份不同精液的精子密度、活率和运动速度，结果Ｍａｃｒｏ板与Ｍａｋｌｅｒ板之间无显著性差异。在一定的密度范围内，Ｍａｃｒｏ板、Ｍａｋｌｅｒ板与血细胞计数板计数精子密度结果无显著性差异；精子密度过低（＜３０×１０６／ｍｌ）或过高（＞１４０×１０６／ｍｌ），精子密度计数结果Ｍａｃｒｏ板和Ｍａｋｌｅｒ板均与血细胞计数板有极显著差异。就重复性而言，Ｍａｃｒｏ板和Ｍａｋｌｅｒ板均优于血细胞计数板。结果表明：Ｍａｃｒｏ板完全可以替代Ｍａｋｌｅｒ板用于精液分析。
In this paper sperm concentration,motility and velocity of 3 different semens are analysed by Macro sperm counting chamber,Makler sperm counting chamber and hemacytometer.The results show that there is no significant difference between Macro and Makler chamber.In certain concentration range,no difference is found between these three chambers for sperm counting.But when sperm concentration is too low(in this paper<30×10 6/ml)or too high(in this paper>140×10 6/ml),the results of sperm concentration show high significant difference between Macro/or Makler chamber and hemacytometer.The repitition of Macro and Makler chamber is better than that of hemacytometer.Up till now there is no special tool for sperm analysis in our country.The results in this paper show that Macro chamber can replace Makler chamber using for sperm examination.
