摘要
在模糊综合评判法的基础上,引入幂平均算子的概念,并结合综合评估法,建立了幂平均模糊综合评判的评标理论模型。该模型能够突出评标时的主要控制因素,使评标结果更科学可靠。通过工程实例说明了该模型在建筑工程评标中推广应用的可行性。
An exponential fuzzy integrating ling factor in the tical evaluation e exponential fuzzy assessment assessment model is established on the basis of the comprehensive evaluation, the and the exponential operator. This theoretical model can reveal the major controlevaluation and make the results more scientific and reliable. The model is applied in an pracxample, and the results show that it is effective and feasible to choose the best bidder. The integrating assessment method proved available and can be popularized in the construction projects.
