摘要
目前泵送混凝土技术在土木工程施工的应用日趋广泛。混凝土泵一般采用液压驱动双缸往复式活塞形式,通过两个油缸交替作用,推动混凝土缸中的工作活塞压送混凝土,实现混凝土的连续输送。混凝土泵在两活塞缸交替工作产生时,会产生液压冲击现象。脉冲力的大小对混凝土泵选用、支架可靠性等均有不同程度的影响。本文通过在混凝土泵管脉冲力影响因素分析的基础上,采用正交试验的方法现场测量混凝土泵管脉冲力的大小,并用SPSS14.0软件进行多元线性回归分析,建立泵管脉冲力的经验计算公式。
At present the pump concrete technology is widely used in the civil engineering constructionapplication day by day.concrete pump generally uses the hydraulic pressure actuation two-cylinder reciprocation type piston form, impels concrete cylinder work piston pressure to deliver the concrete, and realize concrete continuous placement.Concrete pump works in turn when two pistons cylinders produces, can have the hydraulic pressure impacting phenomenon.The size of pump pipe impulse force can affect the selects of concrete pump and the support reliability of bracket varying degree.This study through the affect factors of concrete pump pipe impulse force to analyse,to survey the data uses the orthogonal experiment method, and uses multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS 14.0 software to infer the formula, establishes the influence pump pipe impulse force experience equation.
