摘要
提出了水泥混凝土用纤维选型的原则和要求,在此基础上,基于水泥砂浆收缩抗裂性能,通过定性和定量试验分析,对混凝土用理想纤维类型及其长度、掺量范围进行了研究。研究结果表明,与聚丙烯纤维、耐碱玻璃纤维和玄武岩纤维相比,聚丙烯腈纤维提高砂浆收缩抗裂性能的效果最佳;在纤维长度相同或掺量相同的情况下,增加纤维掺量或增大纤维长度,将提高砂浆的抗裂性能。最后,推荐纤维的合理选型为:聚丙烯腈纤维长20~25mm,掺量为每立方米混凝土中加入纤维约0.8~1.4kg。
The type selection principle and requirements of fiber used in cement concrete has been proposed.Based on the shrinkage and anti-crack property of cement mortar,the author has studied the ideal fiber type as well as its length & content by qualitative and quantitative experiments.The results indicate that,in the case of constant fiber content ( or length ), fiber length (or content ) increment will improve the anti-crack ability of cement mortar,and vice versa.By contrast, the author has found that cement mortar with polyacrylonitrile fiber performs better anti-crack capability than that with pelypropylene fiber,alkali resistance glass fiber or basalt fiber.Finally,the author has recognized polyaerylonitrile fiber as the best fiber,the proper length of which is 20 mm to 25 mm, and the reasonable content of which is 0.8 kg to 1.4 kg in per cubic metre cement concrete.
