摘要
研究了不同吸水率、不同预湿程度的轻骨料对不同水胶比混凝土收缩性能的影响,并与普通骨料混凝土、混合骨料混凝土进行对比分析。结果表明,在低水胶比时轻骨料混凝土的收缩大于普通骨料混凝土,在高水胶比时,早龄期轻骨料混凝土的收缩小于普通骨料混凝土,而后期大于普通骨料混凝土;随着骨料预湿含水率的提高,轻骨料混凝土的收缩变形减小,在早期尤为显著。
The effect of different types of lightweight aggregate on shrinkage property was studied, include water-binder ratio of concrete, water absorption and prewetting degree of lightweight aggregate.The results show that the shrinkage value of low water-binder ratio lightweight aggre- gate concrete is higher than that of ordinary aggregate concrete,But in the case of high water-binder ratio, the shrinkage of lightweight concrete at early stage is lower than that of ordinary concrete,while the final shrinkage value is higher than that of ordinary concrete.The shrinkage value of concrete decreases with water content of lightweight aggregate increasing, espeially in the early age.The shrinkage of lightweight aggregate concrete can be reduced apparently by improving the pre-wetting dcegree of lightweight aggregate.
