中药抗疲Ⅰ号对训练Wistar大鼠急进高原并运动力竭后血液流变学及运动能力的影响

The Effect of Chinese Traditional Medicine Anti-Fatigue Ⅰ on Hemorheology and Locomotor Capacity of Exhausted Training Wistar Rats after Rushing Entry into Plateau

摘要 目的通过训练大鼠急进高原模型,从血流变改变研究训练对血流变损伤的防护。方法在海拔1520m实地环境设实验组(EG)使用中药抗疲I号加入常规饲料中喂养,对照组(CG)常规饲料喂养,EG、CG各40只游泳训练4周后,各选30只3h急进海拔3850m实地静息1.5h,从中各选10只作为静息对照采集标本,EG、CG各20只游泳至力竭后,1、24h采集标本,测定比较各组血液流变学指标,同时观察左心室心肌组织学改变等。结果CG游泳时间(45.88±18.94)min,EG为(67.19±18.88)min;EG血流变指标1、24h指标均优于CG。CG横断面心肌纤维群间隙增宽,毛细血管平均为3~5个/HPF;毛细血管腔扩张,红细胞堆积。EG横断面心肌纤维群间隙小,毛细血管平均10~12个/HPF。结论EG急进高原后游泳能力显著优于CG;血液流变学情况与供氧能力相关而与运动能力又有必然关系,过度训练、改变运动集训环境或强体力劳动会引起血液流变学改变,急进高海拔地区运动后可使心肌纤维缺氧水肿。 Objective: To study the hemorheology alteration of trained wistar rats rapidly rushing entry into plateau and the protection of training. Methods: Routine feedstuff mixed with Anti - Fatigue Ⅰ were feed to 40 rats as experimental group (EG), and another 40 rats of control group (CG) were fed with routine feedstuff at the altitude of 1520 meters. Both groups were trained to swim for 4 weeks, 30 rats in each group were chosen to make rapidly entry into the altitude of 3850 meters plateau within 3 hours. After had rested for 1.5 hours, 20 rats in each group were forced to swim until exhaust, the samples were take at the t = 1h and t = 24h, compared the hemorheology and the structure alteration in left ventricle of the exhaust rats with the rests. Results: Rats of CG had been swimming for 45.88 ± 18.94min, and the EG for 67. 19 ± 18.88 min, the hemorheological indexes and the myocardial tissue under the microscope at 1h and 24h of EG were better than CG. Conclusion: The rats of EG showed better locomotor capacity than CG. It is concluded that rapid enter into plateau caused anoxia and edema between cardiac muscle, and fed with Anti - Fatigue Ⅰ can improve bemorheological indexes and locomotor capacity of trained rats at plateau.
