摘要
报告颈动脉海绵窦瘘14例，其中外伤性9例，自发性5例，采用了颈动脉结扎、瘘口上下端动脉结扎“孤立”术和球羹导管、钢丝弹簧圈、冻干硬脑膜、Ivalon颗粒和可脱性球囊等治疗技术．对本病的发病机理、治疗原则和目的进行了讨论，认为可脱性球囊是较好的治疗方法。
Fourteen cases of carotid cavernous fistula (CCF), including 9 cases of traumatic CCF and 5 cases of sPOntaneous CCF, were treated respectively or in combination with the ligation of tbe carotid,the isolation of the fistula, following clipping of its upper and lower reaches of the carotid, and endovascular treatment of balloons, steel cois, dry frozen dural pieces or Ivalon grains. It is considered that the detachab1e balloon endovascu1ar embolization is a choice treatment for CCF
