摘要
对肝纤维化的中医病机演变规律进行了探讨,提出正气虚弱是肝纤维化发生的内在原因;湿热残毒是肝纤维化不断加重的关键因素;痰湿瘀血是肝纤维化的病理基础;"肝病传脾"是肝纤维化必然的演变过程;肝肾不足是肝纤维化发展的必然趋势;本虚标实是肝纤维化的重要病机特点。
The development of pathogenesis of hepatic fibresis (HF) in traditional Chinese medicine was discussed. It is indicated that deficiency of healthy Qi is the inner cause of HF, damp - heal with residual heat is the key factor of the progress of HF, phlegm - damp and blood stasis is the pathological basis of HF, liver disease affecting spleen is the inevitable evolution of HF, deficiency of liver and kidney is the inevitable progress of HF, and deficiency in origin and excess in superficiality is the characteristics of HF pathogenesia.
