摘要
在微波化学动力学研究中,需要电磁场分布均匀的实验装置.本文设计了一种用于微波化学实验的新型横电磁传输室(TEM Cell),这种TEM Cell的形状不同于已有的TEM Cell,它有更高的截止频率以及更大的电磁场分布均匀区域.本文中应用了保角变换的解析方法计算出了该新型TEM Cell的特性阻抗,并用有限元的数值方法进行了验证.
New experimental devices with uniform electromagnetic field distribution are needed in the study of microwave chemistry dynamics. Here a novel transverse electromagnetic (TEM) cell is proposed. The shape of the TEM cell is different from the conventional TEM cells and it has higher cut-off frequency and more uniform electromagnetic fields. The conformal mapping method was used to calculate the characteristic impedance of the TEM cell. The finite element method was used to confirm the analytical solutions.
