汽车节能是节能的重要领域之一。实现汽车节能需要采用新技术,采取降低油耗的各项具体措施和加强法制法规建设等综合努力,科研人员和管理部门都应做出自己的贡献。
Vehicle energy saving is one of important energy saving fields. In order to achieve the objects of vehicle energy saving, various efforts should be enhanced, including the adoption of some new technologies, enforcement of various oil consumption decreas measurements, perfection of laws and regulations and so on. Meanwhile, technican presons and related manager departments should present their own contributions
