国内外井口安全系统的现状及基本做法 被引量:19

STATUS QUO AND BASIC COUNTERMEASURES FOR WELLHEAD SAFETY SYSTEM IN CHINA AND OTHER COUNTRIES

摘要 在天然气开发过程中,地面井口安全系统的实质是在传统压力安全阀(压力泄放)的基础上,增加一级在意外和失控情况下紧急截断井口气源的保护,它在陆地高压、高产、高危天然气井及海上平台天然气井的安全生产上发挥着重要的作用。APIRP14C标准已成为陆上和海上安全系统的通用规范。通过对比国内外井口安全系统的现状,剖析国内安全系统存在的问题,描述井口安全系统的基本功能和技术要点,为天然气的安全生产找到一个安全、可靠和经济的现场解决方案,即按照APIRP14C规范来分析、设计和生产井口安全系统。 During the process of natural gas development,the essence of basic surface safety systems is that on the basis of conventional safety valve(discharge valve),one more level of protection was designed additionally to shut off wellhead safety valves in case either being out of control or any unexpected accidents happen suddenly,which has played an important role in natural gas well production especially under high pressure,high production,and high risk on both land and offshore platforms.This paper introduced the specification of API RP 14C,which is the general codes and standard for both continental and offshore production platforms.Compared to the status quo of wellhead safety systems in some foreign countries,this paper analyzed that there were still many problems in wellhead safety systems in China at present.According to brief description on the basic function and technical points of well head safety systems,this paper suggested a safe,reliable,and cost effective on-field project on natural gas safe production,i.e.,API RP 14C should be taken into analysis,design,installation,and testing of basic surface safety systems.
