摘要
康达饮是一种中药排铅饮料。ＳＤ大鼠饮用含醋酸铅饮水后制成铅中毒模型，并根据血铅水平随机分成高、低康达饮实验组和阳性对照组，另设空白对照组，每组２０只，雌雄各半。两康达饮组动物每天用高、低剂量的康达饮灌胃，实验期三个月。在不同时间测血铅、尿铅、骨铅、ＺＰＰ和Ｈｂ等指标。结果显示康达饮可增加大鼠尿铅的排出（Ｐ＜０．０５），降低骨铅贮量（Ｐ＜０．０５）。但血铅水平轻度提高（Ｐ＝０．２９），这可能是因为骨铅释出增加或进入骨内铅减少所致。本实验表明康达饮有一定的排铅效果，可降低机体的铅负荷。
Kangdayin is a lead eliminating drink made from Chinese traditional medicine.30 male and 30 female SD rats were prepared to be lead intoxicated models by lead acetate and then were divided randomly according to blood lead levels into 3 equal groups:one high dose and one normal dose of Kangdayin treated groups daily by gavage, the 3rd group served as positive control.The experiment was scheduled for 3 months.Another group of 20 non lead treated rats was also observed as negative control.Blood lead,urine lead,bone lead,ZPP,Hb and other indexes were detected periodically.The result demonstra ted that Kangdayin could increase the excretion of urine lead ( P <0.05) and decrease the content of bone lead ( P <0.05).However,the blood lead level arised to some extent,which probably caused by the increasing release of bone lead to the blood or the decrease of bone lead deposit.The experiment suggested that Kangdayin was effective in decreasing the body’s lead burden.
