摘要
通过对现代农业内涵及特征的理解,探讨了建设现代农业与农业现代化之间的区别与联系,分析了限制我国现代农业发展的制约因素,提出我国现代农业发展方向是智力农业、信息农业、生态农业、工厂化农业以及旅游农业等,并指出目前推进现代农业发展的关键是构建现代农业发展的制度基础,摆正现代农业发展与现代经济、城市及农村发展的关系,构建农民进入市场的组织体系,用现代科学技术手段装备现代农业。
By the analysis of the content and the characteristics of modern agriculture, the differences and the links between modern agriculture building and agriculture modernization were discussed. The restrictions and constraints in the development of modern agriculture in our country were analyzed. The directions of the development of modern agriculture in our country were put forward, which were intellectual agriculture, information agriculture, ecological agriculture, factory agriculture and tourism agriculture, and so on. At present, the key actors for promoting the development of modern agriculture were constructing the system foundation of modern agricultural development, handling the relationships among modern agriculture development and modern economic, urban and rural development, constructing the organization for farmers to enter the market, equipping modern agriculture with modern science and technology.
