黑龙江省图书馆作为省级公共图书馆,2007年,在强化和落实"以人为本"的事业发展理念、引领全省公共图书馆事业协调发展中,积极探索、创新实践,以科学发展观努力构建全省公共图书馆服务体系,以先进性建设促进全面协调可持续发展。
As a provincial public library, Heilongjiang Provincial Library, in 2007, actively explores,and innovatively practices through strengthening and implementing the idea of human-oriented cause development, leading the coordinated development of the whole provincial public Iibrarianship, and constructs the service system of provincial public libraries, and promotes comprehensive, coordinated and sustainable development with advanced construction.
