摘要
电磁兼容性对于电子设备来讲是至关重要的,它直接关系到整个设备的安全运行;为了在实际工程中提高电子设备的抗干扰性能,对一种飞机舵机控制系统的电磁环境及频谱进行了分析,提出了相应的几种电磁兼容性设计方法,包括印制电路板与元器件的合理布局、屏蔽机箱设计、滤波设计和接地设计的方法;飞机舵机控制系统经过RE101和CE101等9项电磁兼容性实验,各项指标均符合国家标准;该系统的电磁兼容性设计措施具有一定的通用性,也可以应用到其它电子设备的设计中。
Electromagnetic Compatibility (EMC) is very important for electronic equipment, and it is directly related to the safe operation of the entire equipment. In order to improve anti--jamming performance of the electronic equipment in the practical engineering, this paper analyzes the electromagnetic environment and frequency spectrum of a flight servo control system, and brings forward several EMC design methods correspondingly, including rational layout of PCB and electronic component, electronic case design, filter design and grounding design. All technical targets of flight servo control system conform to the national standard after nine various EMC tests, including RE101 test, CE101 test and so on. These measures of the EMC design can also be applied to other electronic equipments.
