三氧化二砷联合小剂量阿糖胞苷治疗骨髓增生异常综合征临床观察 被引量：3

摘要 目的：观察小剂量阿糖胞苷（LD-Ara-C）和三氧化二砷治疗骨髓增生异常综合征（MDS）的疗效。方法：15例患者应用LD-Ara-C10-15mg/m^2.-1次,每12h皮下注射1次,14-21d为1疗程;间隔14-21d重复;三氧化二砷10mg/d。结果：完全缓解4例（26.7%）,部分缓解3例（20.0%）,例,总有效率46.4%;5例（33.3%）在治疗中或达CR/PR后转为急性白血病,化疗相关病死率6.7%。结论：LD-Ara-C和三氧化二砷治疗MDS有明显疗效且耐受性好。
