大孔树脂纯化肉桂总皂苷工艺研究 被引量:7

Study on the purifying technology of the total saponins in cinnamon by macroporous resin

摘要 采用静态吸附、解吸实验筛选6种树脂,确定选用AB-8树脂纯化肉桂总皂苷。动态吸附实验确定最佳工艺条件为上样pH值8~9,动态吸附流速1.0 mL/min,上样量为8倍树脂床体积,洗脱剂为65%乙醇溶液。HPLC分析证明纯化后的肉桂皂苷是含有多种同分异构体的混合物。 The equilibrium adsorption experiments and equilibrium desorption experiments were carried out by using six macroporous resins of different polarities to the crude saponins in cinnamon. The AB-8 resin was determined to purify the total saponins in cinnamon according to the experiment results. The optimum purification conditions confirmed by using dynamic adsorption experiment were as follows: the pH value of absorbing solution was 8-9, the absorbing velocity of flow was 1.0 mL/min, the proportion between the volume of absorbing solution and resins was 8:1, the concentration of ethanol was 65%. It was tested that the purified saponins in cinnamon was compound that contained several isomers by HPLC.
