摘要
分析了不同燃料形式发电对大气环境的污染及影响,定量地对不同形式的发电污染排放进行了计算,包括二氧化碳、烟尘、硫化物、氮氧化物、热量的排放,提出了降低排放的主要途径。认为通过加快风电、太阳能发电的研制与建设,提高可再生能源发电在电力容量中的比例,争取到2020年,在发电容量增长的情况下,污染物对大气的排放量可控制在相当于或低于目前的水平。
The pollution and effects of power generation with different fuels on atmosphere environment were analyzed and the pollutant emission was quantified, including CO2, dust, sulfide, NOx and heat. Based on this, several measures for emission reduction were proposed. Considering the growth of power capacity, it is feasible to control the pollutant content in air at or below the present level in 2020 by the following effective ways, such as accelerating the development and construction of wind power and solar power, increasing the share of renewable energy in power structure, etc.
