摘要
由于我国北方富煤地区往往都是缺水地区,受当地水资源条件限制,大规模建设燃煤电厂必须采用空冷机组,但空冷机组应用之初,在夏季炎热天气时存在短时出力受阻的问题。介绍了我国空冷机组的应用情况,重点调研了有关电厂。分析了如何解决空冷机组夏季出力受阻问题,调研结果显示通过定期冲洗、提高真空密封度、喷淋散热及汽轮机改造等措施,机组可在夏季高温条件下运行正常,没有发生降出力情况,同时还取得了良好的节水效益。
Since the coal-rich regions in North China are usually water deficient, the air-cooled units must be applied in the large-scale local construction of coal-fired power plants. In the early stage of application, the output of air-cooled units decreased in hot summer day. The operation conditions of air-cooled units were introduced, especially the investigation of relevant power plants. The solutions for output decrease problem of air-cooled units in summer were analyzed. The results show that the power units can keep in normal operation in high temperature conditions in summer by taking the measures such as regular rinsing, vacuum increasing, sprinkling and steam turbine retrofitting. In addition, the considerable water-saving benefits can be achieved.
