摘要
报道了用单宁_硅酸钠_动物胶沉淀分离多金属结核中的Mn、Co、Fe、Si等干扰组分,然后用5_Br_PADAP分光光度法在水相中测定Nb;讨论和解决了Nb的结果偏低问题。方法应用于新研制的大洋多金属结核GSPN_2和GSPN_3中Nb的定值测定,结果与初定值相符,其RSD(n=7)分别为201%和322%。
Determination of Nb in polymetallic nodules by 5_Br_PADAP spectrophotometry is reported in this paper. The interference components of Fe, Mn and Si in the samples are separated by precipitation with tannin_sodium silica_animal gel. The factors which lead to lower results are discussed. The method has been applied to the determination of Nb in polymetallic nodules of GSPN_2 and GSPN_3. The results of Nb are in good agreement with certified values with precision of 2.01% RSD n =7 and 3.22% RSD n =7 respectively for the two samples.
