摘要
本文对比考察了普通压铸和半固态压铸ZA27合金的显微组织,对两种工艺条件下合金组织的形成过程以及结晶过程中的溶质再分配作了分析。
The microstructures of common diecast and semi-sold diecast ZA27 alloy are investigated and the deminsions, morphology, volume-fractions and microregion compositions of various parts in two microstructures are detected in the paper. It is also disscused that the microstructure formation and the solution redistribution during the crystallization .
