摘要
采用固相反应法制备了多元硝酸盐—氧化铝复合固体电解质材料,对其结构及导电性进行了初步研究.结果表明:这种复合固体电解质材料为一多相混合体系,在400℃附近,碱金属离子的电导率可达10-1S/cm量级;这种复合材料是质子型导体,在含氢的环境中,质子迁移数约等于0.9。
Composite solid electrolyte has been mechanochemically prepared in the multi nitrate salt aluminum oxide system. The ionic and protonic conductivity at intermediate temperatures have been studied. Experimental results show that the ionic conductivity is of the order of 10 -1 S/cm at 400℃;and the composite solid eletrolyte is a proton conductor at above 300℃ with proton transport number close to 0.9 and protonic conductivity about 10 -2 S/cm at 400℃ in a hydrogen atmosphere.
