摘要
阐述了两部制水价的内涵以及实施两部制水价的必要性;以引滦入津工程为例,对两部制水价定价模型进行了研究,提出了可行的计算方法,根据实施两部制水价所要达到的目的选出合适方案作为推荐方案。
The meaning of two-part water price and the necessity for implementing it were described. Taking the water diversion project from Luanhe River to Tianjin for example, the two-part water price model was studied, and the feasible calculation method was put forward. The appropriate scheme as recommended scheme was selected according to the purpose of implementing two-part water price.
