摘要
提出了一种非常独特而有效的方法———称重法，从而很好地解决了在真空炉的焊锡脱铅生产当中，关于高温、低流量的焊锡熔体的流量在线检测问题．
A new
and effective method-detecting the weight of the solder flowrate-was developed in this
paper.Therefore the problem of on-line detection of the low solder flowrate at high temperature in
the vacuum furnace when solder produced was successfully solved.
