摘要
使用溶胶-凝胶法合成的钼铁催化剂和空气进行对二甲苯的选择性氧化,制备出了对苯二甲醛(TPAL)。催化剂最佳制备条件为n(Mo)∶n(Fe)∶n(Co)=2.4∶1∶0.02、500℃焙烧;在空速5500 h-1时500℃下反应,TPAL收率可达59.20%。催化剂活性组分为Fe2(MoO4)3与少量的MoO3,二者之间存在协同作用。
The effects of catalyst atomic ratio, calcination temperature and air speed on the performance of selective oxidation of p-xylene to erephthaldehyde (TPAL) over Mo-Fe catalyst, which is prepared by the sol-gel method, are studied. The catalyst evaluation results show that the optimum catalyst atomic ratio, calcination temperature and air speed are as follows: (1)(preparation) 500℃, n(Mo) : n(Fe) : n(Co) = 2.4: 1:0.02;(2)(reaction) at 500℃ and 5 500 h^-1. Under such conditions the yield of terephthaldehyde can reach 59.02%. Analysis shows that the active components are Fe2 (MoO4)3 and MoO3, and there are cooperative effects between them.
