摘要
加强高校国有资产管理,优化资源配置,必须做到:第一,以观念更新为先导,优化高校国有资产管理体系;第二,理顺关系,健全体制,完善资产管理的运行机制;第三,以制度创新为动力,大力推进资产管理改革步伐;第四,加强对国有资产的购置和验收的监控管理;第五,明确产权关系,加强对经营性国有资产的管理;第六,加强无形资产的管理,开拓无形资产领域;第七,强化国有资产管理手段。
To improve management of stately - owned asset of university and optimize collaboration of resources, we should follow the following methods： firstly, we should establish management system of stately - owned asset of university; secondly, we should improve the operation mechanism of stately- owned asset of university; thirdly, we should promote the reform of management of stately - owned asset of university; fourthly, we should strengthen the supervision of the purchase and inspection and acceptance procedures; fifthly, we should clarify property relationship and strengthen the management of floating stately - owned asset; sixthly, we should strengthen invisible asset management and broaden invisible asset field;seventhly, we should reinforce the management methods of stately- owned asset.
