摘要
根据现代大学生心理健康的现状,阐述了经常参加体育锻炼对改善和治疗大学生心理健康问题的影响是巨大的,提出学校的各级领导和相关部门应采取各种有效措施,创造条件,调动和组织大学生积极地参加课余体育锻炼,以改善和减轻大学生的心理健康问题。
According to mental health condition of modern college student, this paper points out that frequency physical exercise has significant influence on improving college student's mental health problem, puts forward that the leader of concerned department at all level should take effective measurement to create conditions for the mobilization and organization of the students participating actively in exercise to improve and reduce college student' s mental health issues.
