摘要
介绍了在结合连铸机生产过程控制及其要求的基础上,在PLC系统控制下,采用火切机切割和非接触式图像定尺控制技术相结合,实现了连铸机定尺切割的全自动的设计。该设计在实际生产中效果良好,满足生产要求。
Based on the process control and requirement of the continuous casting machine（CCM） , with the PLC control system, full automatic cntrol of cut-to-length was realized by combining cutting technology of the flames cutter machine with manipulating the imagines to length of steel billet by untouched-mode. In practice production, the design was all right, and fulfiled the produce requirement.
