摘要
对检验医学专业本科生实习进行系列教学改革：理论知识培训，参照标准操作程序及进一步制作的多个台历；实践操作技能培训，参照板报的内容培训各种标本的接收、处理及仪器操作；科研能力培训，指导实习生撰写毕业论文；考核方式改革，进行理论考核、实践考核和科研考核。
A series of teaching reform of practice of students in laboratory medicine major were carried out. Thesis knowledge was trained following standard procedures and desk calendars. Practice operation including collection and management of specimens and operation of instruments was trained following blackboards. Research ability, directing students to write undergraduate paper was trained. Assessment methods of thesis, practice, and research were reformed.
