摘要
采用水力空化技术强化酯交换反应制备生物柴油.实验结果表明,采用水力空化技术可以大大缩短酯交换反应达到平衡的时间,与机械搅拌反应体系相比,在醇油摩尔比6∶1,催化剂KOH用量为油重1%的反应条件下,反应时间从60 min缩短到20 min,同时反应的转化率也由94%提高到99%,水力空化技术对反应起到了很好的强化作用.还讨论了空化数和孔板几何参数对酯交换反应结果的影响.
Hydrodynamic cavitation was used to intensify transesterification reaction process for the biodiesel preparation. It was found that, with the help of hydrodynamic cavitation, the reaction time was much shorter than that of conventional mechanical agitation. Under the condition of methanol-oil molar ratio 6:1 and 1% KOH of rapeseed oil, the reaction time was shortened from 60 minutes to 20 minutes. Meanwhile, the reaction conversion was impi-oved from 94% to 99%. Furthermore, the influences of cavitational number and geometrical parameters of orifice plate on the reaction were simply discussed.
